Broccoli & Garlic Pasta

Dinner    

                                

Ingredients: 1 cup of chicken broth, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, two garlic gloves minced, 3 cups of broccoli florets, 4 ½ cup hot cooked penne, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, parmesan cheese, and black pepper.

 

Instructions: In a large skillet, combine broth, basil, pepper, garlic and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Add hot cooked pasta and lemon juice. Toss to coat. Serve with cheese. Then microwave the cloves.
